This policy explains, in plain language, how Creative Collective Events handles the personal information you share with us through this website, including vendor applications and contact messages.
1. Information we collect
Vendor applications
When you apply to be a vendor, we collect the information you choose to provide, including:
- Business name, owner or primary contact name, email address and phone number.
- Business address and website or social media profile, if provided.
- A description of your business, products or services, product category and years in business.
- Your selected events, booth preferences, setup, electricity and regulated-activity details, and comments.
- The date and time you accepted our Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy.
Contact form
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, inquiry type, subject and message.
Technical information
To protect our forms from spam and abuse, we create a one-way, non-reversible hash derived from the IP address of each form submission and keep it for no longer than about a day. We do not store raw IP addresses with your application. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.
We do not ask for sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank details, or government ID through this website. Please do not include such information in form fields.
2. How we use personal information
- To review and process vendor applications and respond to inquiries.
- To communicate about application status, participation terms, fees and event logistics.
- To plan event layouts and meet health, safety and permit requirements.
- To protect our website and forms from fraud, spam and misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Application processing and event communications
When you submit an application, we may send you an application receipt and later updates about your application status by email. If you are approved, we will contact you about participation terms, payments and event details. These messages are a necessary part of processing your application and are not marketing.
4. Data sharing with service providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary, with service providers that help us operate, such as:
- Our website hosting and database provider, which stores submitted forms.
- An email delivery service used to send application receipts and notifications.
- A payment provider, if and when online payments are introduced (we will disclose this before any payment).
With your permission, we may share your business name and public business details with event venues or in event promotion. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our events.
5. Data storage, access controls, and security
Application and contact information is stored in a managed database with our hosting provider. Access to submitted information is restricted to the organizer and authorized administrators through a password-protected administration area. Database credentials are never exposed to website visitors. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide.
6. Data retention
We keep vendor application information for as long as needed to administer the events you applied for and our ongoing vendor relationships, and as required for tax, accounting or legal purposes. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to any legal obligations to retain it.
7. Cookies and website analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we have not enabled third-party analytics. A strictly necessary cookie is used only when an administrator signs in to the administration area. If we add privacy-conscious analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so. Website fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) when your browser loads them.
8. Email communications and marketing preferences
We will only send marketing emails, such as announcements of future markets, if you have asked to receive them. Every marketing email will include a way to opt out. You can also opt out at any time by emailing creativecornercollectivellc@gmail.com. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages needed to process an active application or confirmed participation.
9. Your privacy rights and requests
You may ask to access, correct, update or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email creativecornercollectivellc@gmail.com from the address you used with us, or include your application reference. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Children's privacy
This website and our vendor application are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-party websites and external links
Our website may link to external websites, such as vendor websites or social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
12. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices change. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. If we make significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to let active applicants know.
